Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Feinberg concentrated her practice in Estate, Trust and Medicaid matters at a large general practice firm in Rochester. She is experienced in guardianship matters and Surrogate’s Court procedure.

Ms. Feinberg was admitted to practice in New York in 2003. She earned her law degree from Albany Law School. While in law school she was a member of the school’s National Trial Team, a semi-finalist in the Karen McGovern Senior Prize Trial Competition, and the Dominick Gabrielli Appellate Advocacy Competition. She earned a Bachelor of Science, cum laude, from the University of New Hampshire in 1999.

Ms. Feinberg is a member of the New York State and Monroe County Bar Associations and the Greater Rochester Association for Women Attorneys.
