Mr. Wolford’s practice includes commercial, personal injury, and criminal litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Wolford served as an Assistant District Attorney with the Monroe County District Attorney's Office. During his four years as an Assistant District Attorney, Mr. Wolford prosecuted hundreds of criminal cases, including persons charged with major felonies. He was responsible for obtaining the first local felony convictions for persons charged with tampering with food products and making bomb threats at a high school. Mr. Wolford successfully represented the Town of Brighton, as a special prosecutor, by obtaining a conviction for a town ordinance violation. Mr. Wolford brings to the firm his extensive jury trial experience and his ease in the courtroom.
Mr. Wolford is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts in New York. He is a member of the Monroe County Bar Association, and just completed his term as President for Rochester AM Rotary.
