Before joining the firm, Mr. Lindquist
was an Appellate Court attorney with the New York State
Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Fourth Department for
two years, where he handled both criminal and civil appeals.
Prior to working for the Appellate Division, he was an
associate in the Litigation Department of Fried, Frank,
Harris, Schriver & Jacobson in New York City for two years, where he handled a wide variety of civil litigation matters.
Mr. Lindquist was admitted to practice
in New York in 2002. He graduated, cum laude,
from St. John’s University School of Law where
he was an Associate Editor with the St. John’s
Law Review. Mr. Lindquist is an alumnus of St.
Bonaventure University where he received his Bachelor
of Business Administration (Accounting) magna cum
laude. Mr. Lindquist was recently recognized
by The Daily Record as an Up and Coming Attorney.
Mr. Lindquist is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts in New York, and is a member of the Monroe County Bar Association.
