Mr. Tomaino was formerly Senior Vice President and General Counsel of RGS Energy Group, Inc. and Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation (1997-2002) and previously served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Goulds Pumps, Inc. (1995-1997).  Mr. Tomaino has also been affiliated with Nixon Peabody LLP, most recently as Senior Counsel (2003-2008), and previously as a partner for 24 years in its predecessor firm, Nixon, Hargrave, Devans & Doyle (1971-1995).

Mr. Tomaino, a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, brings his extensive experience to the Firm and will continue to focus his practice in the area of litigation, with a special emphasis in the areas of business disputes and commercial litigation.  Mr. Tomaino has acted, and will continue to be available, as a mediator and arbitrator in various types of disputes.

Mr. Tomaino has been actively involved in the community throughout his legal career, and currently serves as a Trustee of the Genesee Country Village and Museum, SeniorsFirst, and the Otetiana  Council, Boy Scouts of America.
