Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Nuhfer was an Appellate Court attorney with the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Fourth Department for two years, where she handled both criminal and civil appeals. Prior to being an Appellate Court attorney, she was a judicial extern for the Honorable Elizabeth W. Pine, associate justice of the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Fourth Department.

Ms. Nuhfer was admitted to practice in New York in 2005. She graduated from Vermont Law School and is an alumnus of St. Bonaventure University where she received her Bachelors of Arts, cum laude, in Journalism and English.

Ms. Nuhfer is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts in New York, and is a member of the Monroe County Bar Association, Greater Rochester Association for Women Attorneys, and the Rochester Inns of Court. She serves on the Board of Directors of Camp Good Days and Special Times.
